I-405 will have overnight closures on southbound lanes from milepost 12 to Coal Creek Parkway Southeast from 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, to 5 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4, according to WSDOT. Northbound I-405 will also close from Northeast 70th Place to Northeast 85th Street from 11 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, to 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 31.
I-5 will have single-lane reductions nightly from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 31, through Friday, Sept. 4, near Alger/Lake Samish Road (exit 240) for fish passage construction. A separate I-5 left lane closure will run nightly Sunday, Aug. 30, through Friday, Sept. 4, north of North Lake Samish (exit 246).
The I-5 fish passage project, detailed on the WSDOT website, is expected to continue through September 10 for the Alger/Lake Samish section and until Sept. 4 for the North Lake Samish section.
