SR 9 single lane, I-5 closures planned in Vancouver

State Route 9 near Kalloch Road will operate with a single lane and alternating traffic through a bypass road from August 3 to September 14 for fish passage construction.

Northbound and southbound traffic on SR 9 will alternate daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays near Mount Vernon Big Lake Road through September 3 for the same project.
